Coffee and Tea Products

 


All coffee and tea items are non refundable and non returnable.


Because our coffee and tea products are consumable goods and prepared for freshness and safety, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.


Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

 


 

 

Print on Demand Apparel and Merchandise

 


Our apparel and merchandise are made to order specifically for you.


These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to sizing issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.


We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases

1. The item arrives damaged

2. The item has a manufacturing defect

3. The item received is incorrect from what was ordered (Advisory: Branded site names are for branding purposes only. You will receive the supplier named items which is the equivalent to the Rooted & Real brand name)


To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
